End of Stonehaven

I'm currently on the train to Inverness. The last two days have been filled with lots of different things. On 4/30 the day started with breakfast as usual and then hanging out in the laundry room so the cleaning lady could quickly clean out room. I felt bad because some of the boys were still sleeping and she didn't want to walk in if they were possibly indisposed. It was funny though. At about 1 we hiked up to Dunottar castle. It was a little steep of a walk so that wasn't fun but the castle was really cool because it was in ruins. It was really cool to wander around, it reminds me of the Prince Caspin. The funniest thing was walking to a building and just seeing Jake Hanley peering out of one of the windows. Then he would disappear into the building. We had class in the one finished room in the castle. It was alright but it was so cold you could see your breath. We talked about the first 1/2 of Sunset Song. No one really talked, poor Ken. Katelynd, Mara, Nicole, and I took a different route back to Stonehaven than we took to the castle. The four of us stopped at the little italin ice cream place in Stone haven. I had the honeycomb ince cream, it was so amazingly good, I loved it. Then K, M, and I stopped at the library. We headed back to the Ship's Inn to do some reading but Dave and Jeff stopped in out room and started talking to us. We had stopped earlier for dinner and bought some bread, chicken, and shredded cheese. It was good but really messy.

Later whiler we were actually reading Evan asked if we wanted to go to the bar. Mara and I decided to go with him and then outside the ship's inn we picked up Jake R. and Dave. The 5 of us went to the Hook and Eye. After a little while some other's showed up. Nsync, Chris, Courtney, Jess, and Jake showed up. The girls did shots and Evan and Kyle had a chugging contest. After that the orginal 5 went to the beach and listened to Evan's life sotry. I enjoyed it. That night ended at about 1.

5/1 We traveled to Aberdeen to have a tour of the university. On the train ride there Jessica, Courtney, Mara, Katelynd, and I talked with Ken about the differences in higher education between Scotland and America. The tour of the University was nice. Our group was made of Nichole, Mara, Katelynd, Nsync, Jake, and me. The tour guide was a 21 yr old girl. It was nice to be around a scottish girl our age instead of a 50 some yr old man. After the tour we had lunch and then had a class disscusion. More poeple talked but more people also fell asleep during it. The room was dark and warm, and we had just eatten. Good idea on that one. Once we were done Chris, Courtney, Jessica, Mara, Katelynd, Jake R., Dave, Jeff, Lee, and I went to the Aberdeen football stadium. An employee gave us a tour of the stadium. It was so cool to see the locker room and the to out to the field. After that was dinner at this modern pub called revoultion. I had a Strawberry Woo Hoo. I love the name of the drink. After dinner we headed back to Stonehaven and to the ship's inn. Emma, Nicole, and Sam hung out in our room for a little while and then were replaced with both Jakes, Craig, Dave, Jeff and Evan. It seemed like our room was the party room. It was a lot of fun because we hadn't really hung out before with Jake and Craige. After a while at about 11 we went to the Royal Bar, everyone but Katelynd. It was nice but about about 12:30ish Mara, Craig, Jeff, and I went back to the hotel and went to bed.
